Oh my, I fail at not drawing ponies lately... I was working on a request older than 2 1/2 years when suddenly Pinkie Pie happened. And now it's 2am...

The outfit was fun to draw and came naturally while sketching - some weird combo, but I'm certain she'd wear it, lol.

no no, what I wrote was "I fail at not drawing ponies" meaning that I try to draw different things but usually end up drawing ponies anyway.

Omigosh, I'm so glad I am not the only one who thinks Pinkie Pie would love/wear a clown flower... I mean seriously, she wears a mustache in the show but not a clown flower? ...That is what's around her neck, right? Or it could just be a harmless bow tie with a smiley face on it. o-o Either way, she looks adorable! ^^

It's a bit of both. It was meant to be a normal bow tie with a smiley face, but while drawing it, I was thinking of a bow tie a clown would wear - which is why it turned out this way. (so it might just be filled with water, lol)
