Dapper Night

One of the many drawings I couldn't draw in one big session but kept revisiting over and over again for about two months because of how many times I re-drew certain parts and the resulting frustration. Such as I wasn't quite satisfied with the way her wing looked in the sketch, so I reworked several times and after that I needed a break. Her mane and tail also went through multiple variations... even her eye's highlights had at least 15 attempts when they are so simple... but they had to be just right! lol

I just hope her hat doesn't fall off. But well, if push comes to shove she can still just impale it with her horn. Maybe start a new trend with that even. 

I'm rather tempted to shamelessly re-use 99% of the lines for a "Dapper Day" counter part some time later.
